The estate has 2 electrical installations, one for the house and another for the estate. It also has 2 pivot irrigation systems for 55 and 60 ha, respectively. 3 wells, fully equipped for pivot or sprinkler irrigation, are legalised on the estate. Another 4 legalised wells are not equipped; another legalised well is installed on the house plot to supply the house and irrigate the small vineyard. There is underground piping for drip irrigation. All the wells are fully legalised and registered in the 'private water' catalogue, with a water concession of 4278 m3/ha/year. As they are registered in the private water catalogue, the concession is perpetual.
