7 HECTARES WITH WINE CELLAR AND MACHINERY ROOM
SIMPLY SPECTACULAR

Impressive property in impeccable condition and renovated in a contemporary style. It comprises 7 hectares currently used for growing cereals, with magnificent views of the city of Ronda.

The traditional main house consists of two adjoining dwellings:
The first has an open-plan ground floor with a central fireplace and an integrated luxury kitchen. Upstairs there are two spacious en-suite bedrooms with exceptional views.

Attached via an open, covered terrace is the second building: a very long living room with an office area. Large windows provide access to the garden and the outdoor terrace.
An open staircase leads to a double bedroom with an interior dressing room and a large bathroom with an Italian-style shower.

On the lower level, accessible via a separate entrance at the rear of the second building, are the wine cellar and the machinery room.

Below the garages is a staff house with a separate entrance, comprising a bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and living room, also with magnificent views of Ronda and the countryside.

There is also a large storage room with water pumps and storage tanks. One of these spaces could be converted into horse stables.

Two garages with automatic doors, a laundry room with a special bathtub for dogs, and a chicken coop.

The views of Ronda from the swimming pool with its wooden terrace and the wonderful English-style gardens are truly impressive.

The 7 hectares of land are also ideal for planting vineyards, almond trees or for grazing horses.
