This is an irrigated estate located about 7 kilometers from Torrejoncillo and next to Valdencín. Therefore, it is located in the so-called Vegas Altas del Alagón. It has easy access for vehicles from the road. It consists of two hectares of irrigated land where you can grow, for example, corn, tomatoes, peppers, and all kinds of cereals.
