For sale in Purchena Almeria , a large family home with its own style, featuring thick walls and high ceilings. Its roots tell of a harmonious and comfortable life. It is located in the center of the village, near its lovely square, surrounded by bars and public services: local banks, shops, a school, medical centers and sports facilities. The home is on a quiet street, away from the noise of the main street, and welcomes us on its ground floor with: a living room, dining room, kitchen with pantry, bathroom with shower tray, an interior patio of about 8 meters with a laundry area and a room for sewing and ironing. On the first floor, a bright and charming dining room leads us to: 3 double bedrooms and one single bedroom two of them need some repairs to parts of the ceiling, as there was a water problem on the terrace when its outlets became blocked; they now just need repairing . On the second floor is the large attic, divided by a wall to form two rooms of about 30 meters each. This area is ideal for a fireplace area, a sports area or whatever you like best. From this space we go out onto the terrace of about 12 meters. It is a large house that needs some repairs, but if you see it, you will realize how beautiful it is and how much potential it has. Go ahead and come see it.
