Would you like to live in a place surrounded by nature, tranquillity and sustainability? Are you passionate about growing avocados, a delicious and healthy fruit? If the answer is yes, this is your opportunity to acquire a dream farm in Coin, an ideal setting for this type of plantation.
The farm has an area of 17000 square metres and is entirely planted with 7-year-old avocado trees, all in production. It has a legalised well with a large water flow, which allows the entire plantation to be irrigated by drip. The motor used to extract and distribute the water runs on solar panels, so consumption is zero and sustainable. In addition, the farm has a tool shed of around 35 metres, where you can store your tools and materials. Open-plan
The farm is located in Coin, a municipality in the province of Malaga, situated in the Guadalhorce River valley. Coin is an area with a Mediterranean climate, ideal for growing avocados, which require mild temperatures and humidity. Coin also offers a wide variety of services and cultural, gastronomic and sporting activities, so you can enjoy your free time.
