The main farmhouse is a rehabilitated olive oil mill from the early 20th century with approximately 1,000 square meters of surface area. It is located in the heart of the Valle de Los Pedroches. The entrance to the estate is only 4 km from the road. It is a property with 230 hectares of land, of which 120 hectares are organic olive groves and the rest a wide variety of Mediterranean woodland. It is completely enclosed by a 1.50-meter high perimeter fence.

The olive trees are rain-fed, traditional (harvested with umbrellas), so labor is minimized to the maximum. It has a subsidy of 55,000 euros.
