It is made up of three houses, communicated internally but with independent accesses, which allows a part of it to be used for rent as a home or commercial activities  restaurant, cafeteria, shop  or in its entirety as a bed & breakfast type hostel.

A spacious open-concept room with dining room, living room, integrated kitchen with island, a bedroom, a bathroom, a patio and a storage / laundry area. On the upper floor there is a double room with a balcony and a toilet.
The second house consists of entrance hall, living room, kitchen, double bedroom and bathroom
The third house has a living-dining room-kitchen, attic room, bathroom and storage room.
On the top floor there is a sun terrace with beautiful views of the bell tower and the old town and a skylight that provides natural lighting and ventilation to the entire house.
It is equipped with air conditioning  hot and cold , pre-installation of biomass stove  pellet , electric heater, wood carpentry with insulation joints and climalit windows with acoustic-thermal insulation.
