On the ground floor, an entrance hall distributes the different spaces. First on the left, a nice living room with fireplace, dining area with exit to the terrace and sea view as well as a fully equipped open kitchen.
On the right is a bedroom currently converted into a dressing room. Down the hall are two further bedrooms with fitted wardrobes. There is also a bathroom.
On the lower level there is a completely independent apartment. The living room is very bright thanks to the bay windows that lead to the terraces and the swimming pool. There is also an open kitchen, a large bedroom, a bathroom and access to the technical room and the cellar.
Outside, there are several terraces. The covered terrace adjoining the living room allows you to enjoy meals in the shade while looking at the sea. Another terrace furnished with very beautiful garden furniture is the most "chillout" space of the house. A relaxation area with splendid sea views. Finally, on the lower level there is a swimming pool lined with palm tree, bougainvillea and other Mediterranean vegetation making the space absolutely charming.
The house is particularly comfortable to be able to live all year round because it has many amenities: intercom, reversible air conditioning, oil-fired central heating, mosquito nets, double-glazed pvc windows, shutters, rainwater recovery tank, large parking space at street level and storage room.
