The tourist project is located on the 162 hectares of agricultural property, where the predominant crop is vineyards. In addition to wine production, the estate has specialized in rural tourism and wine tourism. It is a space that offers different experiences due to its potential, comfort, and quality, providing visitors with an unforgettable stay.

The property features a 400m2 tourism project consisting of 6 suites, 2 living rooms, a game room, library, and heated swimming pool. There is also a separate house with 120m2 and 2 bedrooms.

It also has a modern winery covering an area of ​​1000m2 with a capacity of 800 thousand liters of wine. The winery is fully equipped and operational and includes a wine tasting room. The estate boasts 43 hectares of irrigated vineyards with different grape varieties, as well as two dams, three ponds, and two wells. There are also two agricultural support warehouses covering approximately 600m2 with all necessary equipment.

Recently, they have also started olive oil production which has made their brand stronger with greater potential for expansion.

The property holds licenses for agrotourism and wine tourism activities.

Situated on a typical Alentejo hilltop, it offers the opportunity to enjoy nature in its purest form while observing local wildlife.

Located within what is known as the Special Protection Area (SPA) of Castro Verde - one of Portugal's most significant cereal steppe areas and one of Europe's most important ones.

Various bird species can be observed here including bustards (globally threatened), lesser kestrels (globally threatened), cranes,and little bustards among others. The Iberian imperial eagle is also considered globally threatened.

Castro Verde has been classified by UNESCO as a World Biosphere Reserve.
