This estate is located near the Marshes and Doñana Environment, surrounded by pine forests to the north and rice marshes to the south. Its history dates back to the early 20th century when the company Islas del Guadalquivir (of English and Swiss capital) purchased the lands of Marqués de Casa Rica and started the first rice plantations in 1929.

This estate was built by the English for their own use. The agricultural activity had such an impact on society that even King Alfonso XIII visited the land and met with businessmen at the estate to see firsthand the Anglo-Saxon mechanical methods used in the emerging rice cultivation in marshlands.

Today, this property is a charming house set in a natural environment with mature trees (large white eucalyptus specimens) amidst pine forests. It offers privacy and seclusion.

There are various buildings surrounding the main house with its towers. Some parts are currently in use and even operate for tourism purposes. Other areas of ​​the property require renovation but have great potential.

In total, there are about 3,800 m2 of constructed area on a plot of almost two hectares of land.
