Vineyard of 10.000 vines mainly of grenache and carignan. Facing NW with a rather steep aspect ratio (70/80%). Registered in the DOQ Priorat. Yielding 10.000 Kgs. of prime quality grapes.
Planted 25 years ago on a 'llicorell' (the local schist) soil that accumulates water (drought resistant) and conferes to the grapes their characteristic mineral Priorat characteristics.
Run since the beginning by ecological standards.
It has a 50.000 lts water tank filled from a permanent local source and a nautical 20 feet container to keep a tractor and tools
Close to the vilage of Porrera. Has a good access for tractors and motor vehicles.
There is also a small plot facing south permiting the construction of a small building
