A MEDITERRANEAN REFUGE BETWEEN PINES AND MOUNTAINS. The essence of this project lies in the perfect integration of architecture and nature in a privileged location just 20 minutes from Palma. This detached family home with a pool and guest house reinterprets traditional Mallorcan architecture with a contemporary approach that focuses on the connection with the landscape. The main house consists of two floors. The ground floor houses two en-suite bedrooms, while the upper floor features a bedroom with a bathroom, a study, and a dressing room, creating an intimate and exclusive space. The common areas – living room, dining room, and kitchen – are housed in a single open-plan space with an adjoining laundry room, providing greater spaciousness and spatial flexibility. The design continues outside with terraces and pergolas, blurring the boundaries between indoors and the landscape and creating inviting environments for outdoor enjoyment. The guesthouse with mountain views offers a separate space with a barbecue area, yoga space, and gym, ensuring well-being and relaxation in a secluded setting. Here, tradition and modernity blend in a project where light, vegetation, and the warmth of the materials create a unique atmosphere in harmony with the natural surroundings.
