Hunting estate of 1036 ha in Ciudad Real. Located 200 km from Madrid and 40 km from the capital of Ciudad Real.

It has all the necessary infrastructure for a hunting exploitation of big game, as well as for agricultural and forestry exploitation:

- Hunting mesh in perfect condition
- Internal electric shepherds and hunting enclosures
- Feeders and 3 towers
- 'Silvano' shooting surveillance system

Water is abundant and more than enough to supply the houses and for hunting use. It has a total of 11 ponds and 4 wells.

Both direct access from the road, as well as the network of roads and firebreaks (with safety berms) are in perfect condition.

The estate has the following machinery:

- 2 pick-up trucks 
- One trailer 
- 2 chainsaws 
- 1 brush cutter 
- One electric welder 

There are three houses in perfect condition (one main house and two for staff). It also has a warehouse, an agricultural storehouse, three kennels, and a radio repeater station.

The agricultural use is oriented towards hunting. Historically, the flatter areas have been cultivated for this purpose (approximately 100 ha). The forestry use focuses on cork extraction and clearing a timber pine forest (approximately 75 ha).

The hunting quality of this estate is high. It includes deer, wild boar, fallow deer, and roe deer. It is authorized to carry out five driven hunts or two monterias, hunt other species during their respective seasons, release animals to improve genetics.
