This is a hunting estate located in the Alcudia Valley, in the municipality of Solana del Pino, province of Ciudad Real. The estate covers an area of 530 hectares.
The property is 280 kilometers from Madrid and 40 kilometers from the AVE train station in Puertollano.
It is entirely located within the municipal term of Solana del Pino, province of Ciudad Real, in the autonomous community of Castilla-La Mancha.
Situated on the border between Sierra Morena and Sierra Madrona, at the foothills of Sierra Morena, at the base of the southern Alcudia mountain range.
The estate belongs to the Guadiana river basin and is crossed by one of its tributaries, the Montoro River, as well as three streams.
There are various ponds scattered throughout the estate as well as two wells with a curb and a borehole that supplies water stored in a 60 m3 tank.
The property is bordered by Montorillo River on its North and West boundaries.
Vegetation
Mediterranean forest. Oak dehesa covers 60% of the estate's surface area, with sub-shrub layer present in 200 hectares of land.
Species such as madroño (strawberry tree), chaparros de encina (holm oaks), jara (rockrose), lentisco (mastic tree), labiérnago (buckthorn), heather, rosemary and thyme are predominant.
The estate also offers production of acorns and pastures for livestock grazing and hunting purposes.
