This ancient convent is located in an idyllic setting. Far enough away from urban areas and noise, amidst a mixed landscape of olive groves and mountains. Beautiful olive landscape, orderly, in rows, with the profiles of various mountain ranges surrounding this area: Sierra de Humilladero, Sierra de Yeguas, Torcal de Antequera... a picturesque landscape, well preserved to this day that is worth enjoying.

This is combined with the new transportation connections brought by the AVE with its stop in Antequera. Now it's easy to travel to destinations like Seville, Malaga, Madrid, Granada, Sierra Nevada... Not for nothing Antequera is the geographical center of Andalusia which gives it great potential.

In this environment we find this beautiful farmhouse that was once an oil mill; traditional architecture with a compact construction enclosed around two courtyards; perfect proportions and authentic materials: roofs, grilles (some several centuries old), gates beams flooring... The house has several not very large courtyards that are very cozy and ideal for escaping the summer heat; a garden with mature trees that need organizing and updating. Many charming corners to enjoy.

There is a recently built area (20th century) which includes a large living room kitchen and on the first floor bedrooms area. The old area is very authentic with thick walls low ceilings terracotta flooring... In total 8 bedrooms with 4 bathrooms.

It has mains electricity. Own well water for household consumption and garden irrigation but not for irrigating the 6 hectares of olive grove.
