This property is located in a village 2 km from Cangas del Narcea, in the heart of the Fuentes del Narcea, Degana and Ibias Natural Park. The complex has 300 m2 of total surface area and includes a main stone house and a traditional Asturian granary, as well as two small land plots. The main dwelling is distributed over two floors with 70 cm thick stone walls, chestnut beams and chestnut wood floors. Access is through an exterior porch with three doors: one leads to the dwelling with kitchen, dining room, three bedrooms and complete bathroom. The other two doors give access to a cellar with stone oven, stables and cellars with multiple exterior exits, and a shed. The Asturian granary has its characteristic stone columns and wooden balcony. Beneath it, a two-story construction houses a cellar and a small room. The environment is part of the Fuentes del Narcea Natural Park, Biosphere Reserve that houses the largest oak forest in Spain and is refuge for the Cantabrian brown bear.
