Finca with a total area of 37.200 m2  3.72 hectares . The property is located about 6 kilometers from the village of Maella and consists of two parts. In the part that is located in the valley, there are almond trees and a little house "caseta" of 19 m2 with a covered terrace of 11 m2. This part has an area of a little more than 1.6 hectares. The almond trees are in full production, although it is not mandatory to maintain the orchard. Inside the caseta there is a fireplace and a reservoir that is filled with rainwater that is collected through the roof. On the other part of the property, which has an area of almost 2.1 hectares, there are almond trees and olive trees and a stone ruin of 9 m2. From this part there are beautiful views due to its high location. The finca is surrounded by nature, which makes it a quiet and calm place. And the river Matarrana is located about 2 kilometers from the property, which is easily accessible via a wide gravel path.
