Two minutes from the beach and the station, a traditional village house, between medians, built in 1920, with a facade of five meters and a depth of 40 meters. It retains the charm of the time, with original elements such as the original wooden doors, high ceilings with moldings and hydraulic floors. It is distributed over two more attic floors. On the first floor there is the day area, where we find the large living-dining room, with a Carrara marble fireplace, divided into two rooms and with access to a very sunny courtyard, facing Barcelona. The separate kitchen is outside the porch, a double bedroom and a bathroom.
On the first floor, the night, there are four bedrooms, all doubles with access to balcony, and a bathroom.
