It has sea and mountain views, and is surrounded by trees and a grandiose pine forest which makes it even more private. On entering the property you find a beautiful stone-floored courtyard, partly covered by a jasmine tree which provides shade and warmth. From here you access all the rooms of the house. From the front you find three living rooms all with high ceilings and exposed beams, and from each of them you have access to the spacious and beautiful gardens and the swimming pool. Each of these rooms has its own style, one of them is a beautiful and spacious living/dining room in Majorcan style with a fireplace. Another is an entrance hall and then a sitting room with fireplace. On the left hand side is the modern and completely renovated kitchen. It has an island a fireplace.
