Description
Field with permission for clearing 1,200 hectares, with an average authorization of approximately 200 hectares per stage. It also has permission (subject to review by San Luis Agua) for the construction of drillings and water wells to carry out the corresponding irrigation in these hectares. The total area of the field is 6,400 hectares, on Provincial Route No. 23, in front of the town of Lafinur, province of San Luis. It is divided into two productive units, where there are 4,700 hectares of flat land and forest, partially worked, and the other 1,700 hectares are forest and mountain, not yet exploited. Within the 4,700 hectares, perimeter fences in good condition can be observed, corresponding clearings are being made around the entire perimeter, and work is also being done on the roads, dams, and ditches. The average rainfall regime of the last 10 years is 560 mm. Previously, a significant portion of the field was irrigated by mantle, to sow pastures for the animals. Currently, it is divided into 6 large paddocks, all with access to water. It has a livestock capacity for 1,500 breeding cows. The stages to develop and clear the 1,200 hectares are consecutive and are authorized once the previous one is completed. The first coordinates for 5 drillings were also presented to San Luis Agua for the pre-approval of clearing for the first 216 hectares.
