This is a 720 ha estate located in the Natural Area of Sierra Alhamilla, north face (Tabernas, Almería), formed by the union of 4 independent and adjacent estates, with good access and connected by a wide network of roads. • Approximately half of its surface area is covered by holm oaks. There are also two organic olive groves, as well as two large pine forests, scrubland, and almond trees. • It has a farmhouse with pens, spring, and pond, totaling about 500 m2. • Another farmhouse of 268 m2 with 2 floors plus attic; another building to be restored of 200m2 and eleven more ruins. • There is a spring that has always had water and is registered, as well as a well with water and old springs. It can be accessed by four different roads. • There is also the possibility of a small and big game hunting reserve, with game species: rabbit, partridge, turtledove, wood pigeon, thrush, wild boar, Iberian goat.
