Finca with a total area of 50.300 m2  5.03 hectares . The finca is located in Maella, about 15 kilometers from the center and 10 kilometers from Mazaleon. There are almond trees and a mas of 62 m2 on the ground floor. The authentic mas has an area of 49 m2 and has an extension of 13 m2. The walls and roof are in overall good condition. There is a water reservoir under the mas, which is filled with rainwater that is collected by the roof. There is also a basin that is filled with rainwater that flows down the mountains. Due to the high location there are beautiful views and there is a lot of privacy because the finca is surrounded by nature.
