Montuiri is a town and municipality in the Balearic Islands. It is located in the region of Llano de Mallorca and borders with the municipalities of Algaida, Lluchmayor, Porreras, San Juan and Lloret de Vista Alegre. The municipality of Montuiri represents very well the typical landscape of the Llano de Mallorca. The municipality is covered by small hills with small valleys. The agricultural lands are cultivated with cereals and almond trees. Figs, apricots and some irrigated fruit trees are also grown. It is an urban plot located on the edge of the village, with spectacular views to the Tramuntana mountain range. It consists of 711,41 m2 of surface, 647m2 corresponding to the plot in Joan Alcover street and 71m2 corresponding to the plot in Vinyeta street.
