The rustic estate, owned by 'Gestión Patrimonial Rosabel SL', is located in the municipal area of Castalla (Alicante), with an area of 334,770 m2 (33.5ha), on which there is a 'Rural Farmhouse' (for restoration) consisting of a two-story dwelling, cellar, stable, and other outbuildings.
The 1,348 m2 roofed Rural Farmhouse has the current uses consolidated in a public deed, and can be renovated for primary residence, second home, or even for developing rural tourism activities, wooden cabins, etc. According to the Non-Urbanizable Land Law and the General Plan of Castalla, it is allowed to build a single-family home for every 25,000m2, with a maximum buildability of 2% and 400m2 of roof, on rustic estates.
