This is an agricultural estate dedicated to dryland crops in the Utrera municipality. It has a pasture area where a Limousin cattle herd grazes. It has water, electricity, and internal communications. The total area is 462.8 hectares, of which about 80 hectares are holm oak and palmetto pasture. There is a farmstead with over 2000 square meters of built area, occupied by warehouses and houses. It also has a bullring and corrals for livestock handling, as well as a secondary dwelling with potential for rural tourism. In the center of the estate stands the Lopera Tower, a medieval fortress from the 14th century. The estate has a private hunting ground for small game covering a total area of ​​715 hectares, as it has been granted access to neighboring properties for hunting purposes. The estate has good access roads and extends along several kilometers of highway frontage. The overall condition of the farmstead is well-maintained and it includes housing, storage facilities, workshop, garage, and a small feed mill with mixer.
