This rural complex is located in a village 5 km from Lalin, in the geographical center of Galicia. The property has approximately 1900 m2 completely enclosed by a stone wall about 2 meters high. The estate houses three stone houses, a granary and two outbuildings, totaling 584 m2 built. The constructions preserve traditional elements such as masonry walls, tile roofs and wooden beam structures. The three houses need comprehensive restoration. Some show greater deterioration, mainly preserving the exterior walls, while others maintain their complete structure. The buildings are distributed across the estate creating charming corners.
