REF 094.2.- The property consists of agricultural land and another forest in Forallac, with a total area of 19,805 m2. 6,077 m2  plot 'La Serra'  are mostly forest and scrub. 13,728 m2  plot 'Tisora'  are cultivated land  labradio, olive trees and a small part of pine wood .
The 13,728 m2 land includes a 24 m2 hut to rehabilitate  1940 . Recreational use allows the hut to be renovated.
To expand the hut, an application must be submitted to the Vullpellac City Council linked to an agricultural activity project.
It has well water with a flow rate of 6,000 L/h. Electricity must be supplied by generator or solar panels.
