Estate located in the municipality of Alanís de la Sierra, Sevilla, Andalusia. It consists of two plots, Encinar (8.6632 hectares) and Olivos de Secano 3.7232 (hectares), with a total area of ​​12.4038 hectares (124,038 m2), completely fenced. The entrance to the lane that leads to the estate is located at Km 9.8 of the A-432 road in the section from Cazalla de la Sierra to Alanís de la Sierra, 11.5 km away (12 min) from Cazalla and 4.4 km away (6 min) from Alanís. This unpaved lane is accessible for vehicles and leads directly to the entrance gate of the estate. Inside the estate there is a drivable lane that crosses it entirely. The estate has two water wells with pipes leading to a water tank that supplies water to the existing cottage and pigsty there, as shown in the photos. It is registered as an agricultural operation and has several watering troughs for livestock distributed throughout.
