This is a 26-hectare estate located in Casarabonela, with direct access from the Alozaina-Casarabonela road. Being at the end of the shared road, it does not have any type of right of way, which guarantees privacy. The property has two independent accesses, one from the upper part and another from the lower part, and is completely connected by internal roads.
The land combines medium slopes with wide flat areas and others more inclined towards the streams that delimit its sides. In the lower part, there are olive trees of different ages, from specimens of 10 years to centuries-old ones. There are also 200 young mango trees and about 800 avocados in full production, ranging in age from 4 to over 15 years. In addition, it has a wooded area where scattered olive trees are found.
The main building has 300 m² on one floor, divided between the house and a warehouse. The rustic-style house stands out for its wooden windows with shutters and well-insulated walls. It is distributed in a small entrance hall, a spacious living-dining room, a fitted kitchen, a bathroom with shower, and three bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms. Outside, the house has an outdoor kitchen with barbecue and oven, a spacious chicken coop, and an additional warehouse where the pump system and electrical installation of the wells are located. Located within the Sierra de las Nieves Natural Park, the estate is legally segregated. Its boundaries are defined by two streams on the sides and by large agricultural estates at the top and bottom. It is only 10 minutes from Alozaina, 40 minutes from Malaga airport, and an hour from Marbella.
