There are 4 rustic farms with a large cereal production (the largest being 7Ha and the smallest 2.2). All of them have excellent access through the roads that were built after the land consolidation project sponsored by the Ministry of Agriculture. They are located near the municipality, within a maximum distance of 1-2 kms. (farms 2 and 3 are adjacent to an idyllic forest of oaks, holm oaks, beech trees, and other unknown multiple tree species belonging to the San Zadornil Natural Reserve (shared with Álava). This area also boasts a wonderful diversity of fauna (wild boar, roe deer, foxes, quail, partridge, etc.). Farm number 2 has its own spring (see photo report), which allows for the creation of a vegetable garden within the property and even placing a mobile home in the high area (former monastery) to enjoy a peaceful and tranquil landscape with plenty of natural light. The nearby mountain in its northern area offers attractive routes and paragliding activities that are already taking place. Farms number 4 and adjacent ones offer an excellent opportunity to develop a photovoltaic park given that there is an Iberdrola power line passing through their surface at 13 Kv. These properties are truly interesting for various project ideas.
