Description
This beautiful estate of about 536 hectares is located about 25 minutes from Seville and the same distance from Huelva, well connected by highway.
It has two farmhouses, one main habitable and the other in a worse condition, both suitable for renovation.
The property consists of two distinct parts:
1. A part of the estate with cork oaks and holm oaks covering approximately 165 hectares. It has around 6,000 quintals of cork in two batches (2024 and 2025) and is used for livestock farming, specifically for fattening around 180 pigs during montanera season. The cattle population consists of approximately 46 crossbred retinto and limousin cows, aged around six years old, along with a bull of the same breed.
In terms of facilities, the estate has a farrowing house for pigs with a mixed cycle system consisting of 30 farrowing crates authorized for up to 75 sows and eight boars. It also has sufficient pens to fatten piglets born on the farm. Currently, there are about 25 sows on site.
2. There are approximately 240 hectares dedicated to eucalyptus trees, most of which are in their first or second cutting cycle (205 hectares) using high-yield eucalyptus clones. Additionally, there are another 85 hectares allocated for biomass cultivation on agricultural land that activate single payment rights. These crops were planted in years 2009 and 2011.
3. The third part is slightly smaller at around39 hectares consisting mainly of arable land used for annual crops. There are currently two legally registered wells on site providing water supply for livestock consumption; these wells were previously used to irrigate approximately10 hectares dedicated to strawberry cultivation. There are several small streams throughout the entire property.
There is also an area covering about8 hectares planted with pine trees, adding to the overall beauty of the estate.
The property has Basic Payment Rights worth €22,091, which, together with greening and coupled payments for cattle farming, amount to approximately €40,000. With the new convergence policy in place, it will be necessary to assess its updated value.
It is a privately-owned hunting reserve primarily for small game.
