This beautiful estate occupies part of three municipal terms in the Sierra de Andújar. It is a well-covered and well-maintained pasture, mainly with holm oaks and cork oaks. Its surface area, according to the Cadastre, is 1,361 hectares. The estate grazes a tame cattle ranch with 200 breeding cows and a fighting cattle ranch with 100 breeding cows (the brand dates back to 1943). Both the tame and fighting cows have CAP rights. There is also a pig farming registration number, which allows for 150 animals (currently only used for leasing the acorn-fed period). It is a hunting ground for big game and small game. In the estate there are three areas where hunts can be organized, with deer, fallow deer, mouflon sheep and wild boars, partridge, turtledove and pigeon.
