Estate located near the La Pedrera Reservoir, 10 minutes from Orihuela and 20 minutes from the beaches of Orihuela. Also near the capital of Murcia. It has two entrances and two ponds, one small and another of 6900 square meters, with corresponding water rights. Currently, it has about 440 five-year-old Verna lemon trees in full production, irrigated by drip in half of the estate and in the process of replacing old trees in the other half.
