The estate is located in the north of the municipal term of Badajoz, about 16 km from the city of Badajoz. The 435-hectare (ha) estate has a rectangular shape and is located between the Gévora and Zapatón rivers, tributaries of the Guadiana, with boundaries on both rivers. 37 ha are irrigated land and the rest are holm oak and cork oak pastureland with dryland farming areas. The dominant activity is livestock farming, both cattle and pigs, although it is also suitable for sheep. As for agricultural activity, there are dryland and irrigated crops. Existing infrastructure: The estate has various water points for livestock watering. It has four artesian wells for supplying water to the farmhouse and livestock facilities. It is perimeter fenced with interior fences, including livestock wire fencing. It has its own low-voltage power line that provides energy to the estate for irrigation purposes as well as to provide light to the farmhouse and supply water for livestock needs.
