The estate is located in the foothills of the Sierra de Gata, a natural boundary between the regions of Castilla-León (Salamanca) and Extremadura (Cáceres) on its northern slope. It belongs to the municipality of Agallas, within the judicial district of Ciudad Rodrigo, in the province of Salamanca (Spain). It covers an area of 200 hectares and is surrounded by stone walls (in different states of conservation depending on the area) and game fencing. The ecosystem is dominated by a forest of Quercus pyrenaica oak trees with sparse shrub coverage and open meadow areas. The terrain is predominantly flat with some gentle undulations, high density of oak trees, and interspersed natural meadows. Water is abundant as there are four seasonal streams originating from the mountains that cross through the estate, along with twelve ponds, two of which have their own spring, in addition to a traditional well.
