This historic property is located 6 km from Castroverde and 23 km from Lugo, in an environment of absolute tranquility surrounded by nature, a few metres from a small village. The complex has more than 22 acres 9 hectares of land distributed across several plots. The pazo is an imposing 17th century stone construction with a square plan of approximately 2,000 m2 surface area. It dates from 1660 and preserves two impressive heraldic coats of arms carved in stone on the main facade, and a large chimney that crowns the building. Although it requires integral restoration, the stone walls are in good condition. The heart of the pazo is an interior courtyard of 200 m2 that stands out for its spectacular stone arches that form an arcaded gallery of great appeal. Inside it preserves palatial stairs, lareiras, grand salons and a cellar, with original elements such as wooden beams and stonework. The property includes a second modern two-storey dwelling separated from the pazo, which needs renovation. Next to it is a traditional stone washhouse. The complex is completed by a large alpendre that houses a traditional wood oven, from which emerges another imposing chimney. The location in the Terras do Mino Biosphere Reserve contains hiking routes that run alongside the property. The proximity to Lugo capital 23 km provides access to all urban services.
