This vineyard is located 4 km from the centre of Rueda, in the heart of the Denomination of Origin Rueda. The property has over 42 hectares 103.78 acres of Verdejo grape production, and is in good condition and well-maintained. The vines are approximately 23-25 years old, and have a drip irrigation system that ensures proper care of the crops. At one end of the vineyard, the property has an auxiliary brick building attached to a metal shed, ideal for storing machinery and tools necessary for viticultural work. The Denomination of Origin Rueda, created in 1980, is the oldest in Castilla y Leon and one of Spain's most emblematic wine-growing areas. The gravelly soils, continental climate and altitude of the area create ideal conditions for growing Verdejo grapes.
