This historic property is located 13 km from Lugo capital, in an environment of absolute tranquility surrounded by nature. The ensemble has more than 81 hectares of land distributed across multiple plots, of which 14.4 hectares are buildable.
The pazo is an L-shaped stone construction that, although requiring comprehensive restoration, preserves its structure in good condition. Its interior houses numerous rooms of different dimensions with ample transformation possibilities.
The architectural ensemble includes a chapel, an Asturian-style granary, facilities for livestock breeding and management and a second house of large dimensions in ruinous state, in addition to the remains of an old mill.
The extensive lands have two streams that cross the property, two water wells that supply both the pazo and the second house, and numerous centenary trees distributed throughout the different estates. It is a property with enormous forestry, construction and agricultural potential.
The proximity to Lugo capital  13 km  provides access to all urban services of a World Heritage city. The territory forms part of the Terras do Mino Biosphere Reserve, with multiple options for hiking and river activities.
