Finca in Maella with water with a total area of 28.600 m2  2.86 hectares . The property is located about 4 kilometers from the village and about 18.400 m2 is planted with grain. It is also possible to grow other crops and/or  fruit  trees. The other 10.200 m2 consists of private forest. This part is located at the end of the track on the highest part of the finca. Because of the height there are beautiful views and it is possible to build on this plot. And there is a mas of 34 m2, which can be completely renovated. The finca is easily accessible by a tarmac road and the finca is entitled to  winter water . This means that you can use water from November to March. This water is pumped up from an irrigation channel. During the other months it's possible to use water that has been stored in a deposit. The river Mattarana is about 2 kilometers away from the property.
