This property is located in a village in the municipality of Lugo, just minutes from the capital. The main plot covers 2,316 m2 of land, expandable up to 70,000 m2  17.3 acres  of flat land suitable for cultivation, with part having building classification. The main house is a two-storey construction with stone masonry walls and a slate roof requiring full renovation. A large new-build brick palleira with sliding metal doors completes the complex.
The location provides immediate access to Lugo city, home to Roman walls that are a UNESCO World Heritage Site, within the Terras do Mino Biosphere Reserve.
