This estate has a great advantage which is its location: it is located about half an hour north of Seville, well connected. It also has a good south-facing orientation which makes it very temperate, early for grazing. 

It has two well-differentiated parts: a flatter area, more suitable for livestock, cleaner, with good tree cover (oaks and wild olive trees), ideal for cattle and Iberian pigs. It has perimeter livestock fencing and several enclosures for handling. There is an agricultural shed used to store tools and supplies in this area occupying about half of the estate.

The other part, more rugged with more hillside forest cover, denser vegetation, ideal for big game hunting (especially wild boar) as well as small game (partridge, turtledove, pigeon...). Rabbits are found throughout the estate.

The estate has a 60-meter deep borehole with a good flow rate for livestock consumption. In the hunting area there is a small reservoir that collects runoff water.
