A fabulous plot in Llubi which is very close to Inca and only 20 minutes away from Palma. The plot is 120,000m2 and is noted particularly for its almond tree fields, the views of the Sierra de Tramontana, are absolutely stunning.

 Llubi is situated amongst the flat plains of central Mallorca, it is a peaceful area where the people, streets, restaurants and squares are typical of the island s warm and friendly atmosphere. Well connected with both Inca and Palma it is a good choice from combining the advantages of a calm area with the services and benefits that come from the more urbanized areas. The leisure boating in the Marinas of the north, namely Alcudia, Pollensa, Can Picafort and Malfas is both easily accessible and enjoyable. Golf is also easily reachable with the courses in Aucanada and Pollensa being the closest ones available.
