Old stone house to restore for sale in Costix, which is still original and partly saves authentic stone elements and which can be restored. It has the basic restoration project in compliance with the urban planning specifications. In addition, an application has been submitted and paid for the electrical connection and for the water borehole permit, the drilling of a well is pending but the meter shed is already paid for. The building license was obtained in January 2025. REady to rebuilt. 
Locality and places of interest
The tranquil village of Costitx is located in the central part of Majorca, well communicated with the capital through the motorway between Palma and Alcudia. It is one of the island’s smallest villages, with only about 1,200 inhabitants  as of 2013 . Costitx is situated very close to Inca, where there are shoe and clothes shops as well as large commercial centres. Palma is about 30 km away and can be reached within a 20 minutes drive.
