Authentic Andalusian farmhouse with agricultural plots. The farmhouse is in good condition and the rustic estate has both dry and irrigated land, in the vicinity of Bobadilla-Estación (20 minutes from Antequera), with electricity and drinking water and easy access.

The agricultural plots consist of 3.22 hectares of irrigated land and 4.30 hectares of dry land, and the property, the farmhouse, is located on one of them with a surface area of 1083 and 2294 square meters respectively.

The characteristics of the farmhouse are as follows:
Entrance to the farmhouse through a stately courtyard, with a well, of 227 square meters. The farmhouse consists of two floors, each of which is a completely independent and equipped dwelling. At the rear of the farmhouse, there are two contiguous and independent tool sheds, each with an area of 169 square meters. The total area of the ground floor is 947 square meters, of which 338 are tool sheds, and 390 m2 are courtyards. The total constructed area of this floor is 219 square meters.

Dwelling 1 (ground floor): The dwelling on the lower part of the farmhouse consists of a living-dining room, kitchen (small pantry), 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and an interior courtyard. Through this small interior courtyard, access can be gained to different rooms: on one side, it connects to the access to the dwelling located on the upper part; on the other, to a large covered terrace-storage room; and finally, to another room where a spacious living room with a fireplace for celebrations is located, which provides direct access to a recreational patio with a pool and changing rooms.

In addition, there are two garage-storage rooms accessed through the stately courtyard at the entrance to the dwelling.

Dwelling 2 (first floor): In this property, we find the following rooms: 3 spacious bedrooms, with windows to the outside, and one smaller one (4 bedrooms in total); a kitchen, a living-dining room, and a bathroom. This floor has a constructed area of 152 square meters. Currently, access to this upper part of the dwelling is through the interior courtyard of the ground floor of the property, although, if desired, a direct access to the stately courtyard of the farmhouse could be built, completely independent of the lower dwelling.
