This house is unique due to its location. It is located on the banks of the Tagus River, in a recreational and agricultural area known as Huertas de Picotajo, with access through tree-lined promenades, considered Historical Sites of Aranjuez. Its origin dates back to the 16th century, during the reign of Philip II. The parceling of this meadow was carried out by the architects Juan Bautista de Toledo and Juan de Herrera, who established a parcel segregation with geometric shapes.

The house was renovated 10 years ago, undergoing a comprehensive reform with very good qualities and exquisite taste. It is a project where comfort and accurate aesthetics have been key.

The house has a large living room with a fireplace and a huge dining room, both rooms with large windows that allow you to enjoy the beauty of the surroundings. Guest toilet, furnished kitchen, boiler room, and laundry area, are added to the bedroom area: the main one with very good closets and a bathroom en suite facing the south facade, of the garden. On this same floor, two more bedrooms with their en suite bathrooms.
