This property is located 5 km from A Fonsagrada and 60 km from Lugo, on the outskirts of a small village surrounded by forests and mountains. It is a farmhouse made up of several structures forming a square and defining a spacious interior courtyard.
The living area is located in the square-plan building. The ground floor houses old stables, while a hallway leads to the dwelling on the upper floor. This includes a kitchen, two large living rooms, five bedrooms and a bathroom.
The dwelling connects with a wooden gallery providing access to a workshop, the chapel's tribune and the attic. The arcaded structure beneath the gallery has a cellar area, stable area and direct access to the chapel.

A few metres away is the old caretaker's house, a stone building in a state of ruin but with well-preserved exterior walls.
The more than 17,500 m2 of land, mostly sloping, includes native and fruit trees, as well as a traditional stone washhouse. It has spring water for consumption and irrigation.
The area is designated as a Biosphere Reserve and offers multiple hiking trails. A Fonsagrada is 5 km away and Lugo city is 60 km away.
