Rustic land with the possibility of being converted to urban land. With a total area of 2000m2. Excellent location between the Ajuda University Campus, which is expanding, the Liga Foundation, the Ajuda Humanitarian Firefighters Association and Monsanto Forest Park. Further away, but still close enough, is Ajuda National Palace. The land is approximately 22 m deep and 55 m wide. This building proposal is in accordance with the provision in article 54° of the PDM Regulations, in point 2, paragraph c, that the maximum IUB Gross Utilization Index is 2 m2/m2, which would allow for approximately 4,000 m2 of residential occupancy on the total 2,000 square metres of land.
