Publishing an ad on Cocampo is free for both individuals and agents. Individuals can publish unlimited listings at no cost.
Agents can choose between a free and a paid option:
In the free option, they can publish listings at no cost, but with some limitations: the agency information and contact number are not displayed, they can only be contacted via form, they have a limit of two contacts (leads) per month, there are restrictions on the number of photos and description length, and logos or identifying data in images are hidden.
In the paid plans for agents, these limitations are removed and the positioning and visibility of listings are improved. In addition, they include access to monthly performance reports and other advantages depending on the selected plan, such as displaying full contact details, receiving more leads, and having more promotional tools within the platform.

By choosing a paid plan, your ads will gain higher visibility in searches, standing out from other listings. Additionally, your contact details will be displayed directly, allowing interested parties to reach you immediately, without having to fill out a form. Depending on the plan chosen, you can also access additional benefits such as 'Featured Agent' and 'Featured Listings' services.

Relevance defines the position of your listing in the search results of our property listings. Ads with higher relevance will appear at the top, while those with lower relevance will be placed at the bottom.

If the details are hidden, they will only be shown when the interested user completes a contact form on your listing’s page. If your details are visible, they will be available from the start. Individuals and professionals with a paid subscription plan will always have their details visible.

Subscription plans are monthly and automatically renew. You can cancel your subscription at any time by clicking 'Cancel', and the renewal will stop. If you still have time left on your current subscription, you will continue to enjoy the service until the period ends. If you want to reactivate it after cancellation, you can do so while the month is still active or subscribe again if it has already expired.

To switch plans, simply subscribe to the new plan you want. It will automatically replace the previous plan.
