Land for Real Estate Development, presenting an approved PIP  Prior Information Request , aims at the demolition of four existing buildings to give way to the construction of three parceled buildings, which will compose a residential building located in the Areeiro area, near the Instituto Superior Tecnico. The building will have four floors above ground and two underground, with the basement floors intended for the creation of 82 private parking spaces.The building's implantation area will be 1,244. 50 m2, with a total construction area of 6,794. 58 m2, corresponding to a floor area of 4,305. 58 m2. In addition, the proposed urban operation includes the assignment of 1,772 m2 of public space for the creation of gardens and parks, as well as 18 parking spaces.
