We present this charming rustic plot of 3.700 m2, located in the peaceful and authentic area of Romeiras, in Marmelete, ideal for those seeking a retreat in the heart of nature, far from the urban pace.
With easy vehicle access, this plot allows you to reach the site comfortably. It is strategically located just 7 km from Marmelete, 10 km from Aljezur and 28 km from Lagos, combining seclusion, privacy and proximity to services and the Algarve coast.
The plot is composed mainly of strawberry trees and other native species, offering a preserved natural environment typical of the Algarve mountains. It benefits from open views of the Serra de Monchique and, at certain points, some south-facing views, providing excellent sun exposure.
As a non-buildable plot, it is ideal for recreational and leisure use. There is the possibility of installing a non-permanent wooden deck, creating a perfect space to relax, admire the landscape and spend time with a motorhome, in complete harmony with nature.
An excellent opportunity for those who value tranquillity, nature, mountain views and a simple, sustainable lifestyle, in one of the Algarve’s most authentic settings.
